GRATITUDE-BASED LEARNING™
Gratitude-Based Learning™ (GBL) is a new approach to leadership, problem-solving, and education developed by Henrik and Adam Fishman of Onora. GBL, was developed while facilitating a program to help high schoolers turn climate anxiety into a local action project.
Adam and Henrik started by asking the students to list out the environmental problems in their community, but the most unexpected thing happened; when they asked the student to identify issues in their community, not a single student could identify an environmental problem in their community.
Despite their macro anxieties about the state of the planet, not a single student could identify any issues in their community. Nothing jumped out to judge them as “bad” or “broken” to be fixed.
Instead of leading them down a path of materializing their internal angst, we asked ourselves: what would happen if we focused on what is GREAT about what currently exists rather than looking for problems?
Sit with that for a second – not looking for problems. But instead focus on what we love and appreciate about what exists today; giving less power to what we fear, and more to what we love. STORY CONTINUES click here

Arnaldo, GBL co-founder:
One thing is to tell yourself to be more open, thankful and care for things, the other is actually doing it. Following a program with the support of an accountability partner and group, helps so much to push through what you want to do. And having others go through the same path and share experiences makes it much more full filing and makes you want to do more.

Samantha, GBL pioneer:
After reaching out to a farmer, this was unfolding for Samantha:
"I was offered (2) 100 foot rows at Gable Farms to plant whatever I want. I am overwhelmed by the generosity and I am trying to wrap my head around that. Who could I feed? How could I make it a community effort within my own little world here in Riverside? Lot’s of things percolating."

Erin, a GBL spirit:
"I have what you could call 'Curiosity Conversations' with my co-workers fairly regulary now. I ask questions, follow my heart and some neat things have come from it."
PSYCH-K®

This is a simple yet powerful process designed to help you change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind—where nearly all human behavior originates. Unlike traditional talk therapy, PSYCH-K® works directly with your subconscious to create lasting, meaningful change in how you think, feel, and act.
Rooted in neuroscience and supported by decades of research, PSYCH-K® combines elements of psychology, biology, and ancient spiritual wisdom. It uses a unique blend of muscle testing, whole-brain integration, and goal-setting techniques to help you reprogram beliefs that may be holding you back in areas such as health, relationships, self-esteem, and career.
Whether you’re looking to break old patterns, reduce stress, or align with your authentic self, PSYCH-K® offers a fast, gentle, and effective way to move forward with clarity and confidence.

"My journey with Henrik has been transformational and magical.
Actually beyond words...
You are totally safe to surrender to the process.
Be prepared to be amazed"

Phuong Luong, London
Henrik is a patient and wise PSYCH-K® facilitator who guided me so well with a hugely frustrating issue I had for months.
I spent lots of time and money trying to resolve it with other facilitators and healers and consequently, was so close to giving up fixing this problem.
We dug deep through the layers of beliefs and balanced them. Every belief resonated with me so perfectly. And then the moment when we finally balanced the last belief, the result was absolutely fantastic.
Thank you so much Henrik, I’m so lucky to have chosen you as my PSYCH-K® facilitator to solve this issue.
