The butterfly story:
To change or not to change ?
Did you know that the catapillar and the butterfly have the same genes?
So how come that the same genes are able to express
such vastly different form of beings?

Death & Life
Something must die for a new life to emerge. Would you agree? So if we take a look at the "state of the world" on a global level, what is it that needs to die, for a new and better version to florish?
Now take the same question but on a personal level. What parts of you need to die, for a new, stronger, better and more beautiful version of you can emerge? What are you holding on to for dear life, that no longer serves you?
These are probably uncomfortable questions, right?
But what is the alternative to asking them? That we grow old, but in fear of our physical death, we don't talk of death, then what? (reality always catches up with us....)
So imagine your transformation in this life into a new potential, would you rather change in a state of resistance, fear, pain, loneliness, depression and frustration
Or
Embrace the changes comming in a state of joy, gratitude, love, curiosity, feeling connected and led by purpose?
Letting go
There is an immense wisdom in nature, so much we still have to learn and discover. As the caterpillar has devoured all the resources it could find it then end up closing itself from the world in its cocoon, where the process of death and decay is part of the receipt for a new butterfly to emerge. A question to ask is, in what state to you think the cells in the caterpillar confronts the fact that they are dying? Fear and despair could be the normal perception, tough it is really hard to imagine that something so beautiful and elegant can be created in a state that is not one of love?
Conventional science still has a lot of catching up to do, when it comes to explaining the wonder of life :)
Our theory is that the cells and the DNA somehow has tapped into a new potential, a new form, a new identity, a new story of purpose and fulfillment, a new level of collaboration.
The birth from this transformation is one of Friction and effort. The butterfly needs to gain strength to break the cocoon. If a human with heart full of empathy came and helped the butterfly out of the cocoon ahead of its time, it would be so weak it could not survive.
The lesson is to learn to appreciate the friction life brings around, and then grow from it. A complete shift in perception.
That is our mission in Leading With Love
